The Float Summit Conferences are a series of international meetings organized to promote the science and business of floatation therapy. A wide range of topics are discussed including education, scientific research, marketing and business development, health and safety standards, and outreach.

Meeting are open to the public and participants typically include float spa owners, manufacturers, university researchers, psychologists, medical doctors, and health and wellness practitioners. To date, three meetings have taken place: an inaugural summit held in London in September 2010, a North American conference held in San Francisco in June 2011, and a large conference held in Gothenburg in April 2012 which was co-hosted by the Swedish Floatation Association.
